Working with the dolls...

Between working and working with the dolls the jobs have merged and no a day passes that I'm not certain Ill catch up on what I want to post here...not happening!  Yet, that is, but it will...meanwhile here's a picture of the latest doll ensemble...Anne of Green Gables and Yona (pullip dolls) a Littlest Pet Shop Autumn Blythe and a ooak Azone Picco Neemo doll body with a head from another source...what a story!  These bodies are so cute but it's a real challenge to find a head to fit...I finally did, and am working on another one...(please feel free to email me if you're looking for a head for the 1/12 azone doll body).

It's been a very very busy last couple of weeks with quite a few 'new' rescued dolls arriving...

Early this morning...

Little posers...everyone has new clothes and shoes

These dolls were rescued from a trash bin in town yesterday. The blond is a 1978 Effanbee Doll, one of the Hattie dolls, I think. She was so pitiful but now she's lovely. Her hair is soft and shiny, "swingy" even. Her clothes are all original....the little doll is one of the newer Spin Master La Dee Da dolls, this one being Safari Dreams Sloane...she might have been thrown away by mistake, but I found her and she is home here.

Our inside tea party...we used pretty floral fabric for woodland flowers and our own painting for the friendly forest...what fun!

Here is Liv Sophie, and Clawdeen and her little sister Howleen perched on the doll convertible...sooooooooo sooooo cool!

Rainy day tea party...we've had a lot of rain, almost every day, so finally decided to have the tea party inside. These are some pictures of the first few guests...quite a few more showed up! Remember, a lot of these dolls are 'rescued ' dolls...the latest being the first Liv doll to join my group. She was air lifted out of a dismal situation of 'throw away' and is so glad to be included...these guests are Monster High girls, Liv Sophie (with a new hair cut)), the J-Planning girls...furniture and goodies vary in size, as there are several different 'sets' being used...but we all collect, rescue and share together! We do have a lot of fun!
